About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Colleague to join our team at Tesco. As a Night Colleague, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and ready for the next day's customers.

Availability Window

We require our Night Colleague to be available to work the following shifts:

  • Sunday: 22:00-07:00
  • Wednesday: 22:00-07:00
  • Thursday: 22:00-19:00
  • Friday: 22:00-07:00
  • Saturday: 22:00-07:00

What We Offer

As a Night Colleague at Tesco, you will receive:

  • A competitive hourly rate starting at £12.02, increasing to £13.15 for stores inside the M25
  • A night premium of £2.30 per hour worked between midnight and 6am
  • A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if desired
  • Three weeks' notice of scheduled shifts
  • Support for flexibility and work-life balance

Responsibilities

As a Night Colleague, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the store is well-stocked and ready for the next day's customers
  • Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with customers
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
