About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Colleague to join our team at Tesco. As a Night Colleague, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and ready for the next day's customers.
Availability Window
We require our Night Colleague to be available to work the following shifts:
- Sunday: 22:00-07:00
- Wednesday: 22:00-07:00
- Thursday: 22:00-19:00
- Friday: 22:00-07:00
- Saturday: 22:00-07:00
What We Offer
As a Night Colleague at Tesco, you will receive:
- A competitive hourly rate starting at £12.02, increasing to £13.15 for stores inside the M25
- A night premium of £2.30 per hour worked between midnight and 6am
- A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if desired
- Three weeks' notice of scheduled shifts
- Support for flexibility and work-life balance
Responsibilities
As a Night Colleague, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the store is well-stocked and ready for the next day's customers
- Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with customers
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
