As an Educational Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere. Your role will involve collaborating with students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in mainstream classrooms, offering personalized assistance to cater to their distinct requirements. Your contributions will empower these students to engage with the curriculum, enhance their self-esteem, and thrive alongside their classmates.

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • Proven experience in supporting SEND students within an educational framework.
  • A nurturing and patient demeanor, coupled with a sincere commitment to facilitating student success.
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with educators and guardians.
  • The flexibility to adjust to the diverse needs of students and employ innovative strategies to address challenges.
  • Relevant qualifications in education, SEND, or a related discipline are advantageous but not mandatory.
