We're seeking a skilled Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn Harrogate South. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm welcome for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including cocktails
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

  • A guaranteed 16-hour contract, spread across 3 days a week
