We're seeking a skilled Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn Harrogate South. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.

  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £ per hour.
  • A guaranteed 16 hours per week, spread across 3 days, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
  • A mix of breakfast and evening shifts, as well as midweek and weekend shifts, to suit your preferences.
