Overview:

Our organization is in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Student Systems Operations Manager to become part of our team on a contractual basis.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with ensuring the seamless operation of all systems, executing coding and syntax tasks, performing systems requirements lifecycle management (SRLM) activities, and regularly conducting coding and quality assurance checks while supervising maintenance coordinators.


Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience with SITS
  • Over 5 years of experience in a student systems management role
  • Demonstrated success in effectively leading teams

Essential Skills:
The preferred candidate should possess proficiency in the following areas:

System Oversight:
As a new member of our team, you will manage everything from system updates and upgrades to data governance within your domain.

A comprehensive understanding of various operating systems is crucial for quickly identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate.


Coding & Syntax Expertise:


Familiarity with languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is essential, as these technologies are integral to the design of modern websites and applications. Your expertise in this area will be vital to our success.


Systems Requirements Lifecycle Management (SRLM):
