About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team in a supportive and friendly environment. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, a proven ability in multi-agency working, and a passion for enabling children and young people with disabilities to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with disabled children and young people in a developing service area
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multi-agency teams
- Contribute to the development of the service area
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- QSW Status - including qualification, Social Work England registration, and completed ASYE
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in social work
- Right to work in the UK
