About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Support Workers to join our team in Stockton Heath, WA4. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with a learning disability and autism to live independently in their own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the individual to live their life as they choose, achieving their goals and aspirations.
  • Provide emotional reassurance and support during times of distress, using positive behaviour support techniques.
  • Assist with personal care, medication, food shopping, and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Support the individual to engage in activities they enjoy, with a clear middle and end objective.

Requirements
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role.
  • A FULL UK Driving License with manual transmission is essential.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism is essential.
