Kinetic PLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our production team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the production team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- Documentation and Records: Maintain and update production documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Client and Supplier Liaison: Liaise with clients and suppliers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues.
- Experience: Previous experience in production administration or a related role is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
- Technical Skills: Excellent MS Office and Excel skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
