**Salary**: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on qualifications and experience

Our clients are a growing, privately held independent financial advisor firm. They are a team of 40+ financial planners and technical support staff all working together to build lifelong relationships with their colleagues and their clients whilst helping people achieve their financial ambitions. They are seeking a proactive and experienced Client Support Team Leader to join their dynamic team.
You will play a crucial role in leading and supporting their administrative team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all administrative functions within their organisation.

**What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include**:

- Supervise and lead the administrative team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring they are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity and accuracy in client records and financial documents.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and standard operating procedures to optimise administrative processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated administrative issues and resolve them effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection guidelines.
- Collaborate with the HR department in the recruitment and onboarding of new administrative staff.
- Report to upper management on team performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong team spirit.

**What is Needed to Be Considered**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- At least 2 years IFA Administrator experience
- Ability to lead a team
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Background in financial services or financial planning knowledge
- Experience with product providers will be a big plus.
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office is essential.
