The Role: Complex Care Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Complex Care Support Workers. In this role, you will provide personalized support to a male client with a spinal cord injury within his home environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist the client with daily living activities, including personal care (washing, dressing, toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social engagement.
  • Promote the client's independence and well-being through a person-centered approach.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • A genuine passion for providing compassionate care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential due to the nature of the role.
