About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced D365/Power Platform Sales Executive to join our team at Changing Social. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.
    • Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and identify new opportunities for value delivery.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base in the D365 and Power Platform markets.
    • Identify target industries and key accounts, tailoring sales strategies to meet specific client needs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favourable contract terms and pricing.
    • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final sale, including follow-up and contract closure.
    • Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively addressing client objections and demonstrating the value of our solutions.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform offerings.
    • Stay updated on the latest features and developments in these technologies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats.
    • Provide insights to the sales and product teams to refine offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Monitor and report on competitor activities, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a technology or software environment.
    • Proven track record of success in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar enterprise software solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including practical experience with these technologies.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
    • High level of customer focus and ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Certifications:

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals) are highly desirable.
