Are you ready to take your career to the next level in commercial finance? We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Accountant to join our team at Specsavers.

About the Role

As a Commercial Accountant, you'll play a key role in providing financial business partnering to our UK and ROI Audiology Business. You'll work closely with our support office teams and over 300 partnerships to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and create monthly management accounts
  • Oversee the month-end process and review monthly results
  • Assist the Director of Finance and Commercial Finance Controller in all business activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with functional leaders
  • Track and manage incentives, support multiple project budgets, and handle monthly management accounting
  • Keep Directors and cost centre owners informed about their financial positions and expected outcomes for the year

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with solid knowledge and experience of finance standards, who is ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified or nearly qualified. You'll need a high level of numeracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to explain financial performance to non-financial audiences.
