Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ambulance Officer to join our team. As an Ambulance Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the organization in communications with legal professionals, ensuring effective and professional representation.
- Manage and coordinate legacy case file administration and stewardship, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Individual Giving team to develop and implement strategies for legacy case file administration and stewardship.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including legal professionals, donors, and community members.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
