We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Community Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care, a private healthcare provider specialising in paediatric care in the community across Southampton.

About the Role

This is a Monday to Friday position that offers a competitive salary of up to £37,960, a company car or car allowance of £4,877, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Children's Community Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families, working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing direct nursing care to children in the community, working closely with families to develop personalised care plans.
  2. Partnering with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  3. Managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills.

As a Children's Community Nurse, you will receive:

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. Competency with IV therapies.
  2. A Registered Nurse qualification with a paediatric specialty.
  3. Previous experience in a community nursing role.
  4. A valid driver's license.
