Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Estates department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and meet the needs of our staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of our users.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
