Senior Brand Manager

Chesterfield Office - 1 day WFH
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team and take a premium brand to the next level across the On & Off Trade.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand building and a strong commercial mindset. They will be responsible for ensuring brand plans and activations are delivered on time, in full, and evaluated regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand plans that drive business performance and meet commercial objectives.
- Work closely with the Digital & Content team to support their delivery of brand plans and help achieve business goals.
- Deliver on specific KPIs based on commercial objectives and key brand metrics, i.e. Volume, Value, Distribution, ROS as well as consumer metrics.
About You:
- 3+ years brand or product management experience within FMCG or Drinks.
- Highly numerate and commercial thinking with a clear ability to present robust and compelling insight.
- Possess strong project management skills and an ability to think both rapidly and outside the box.
