Senior Brand Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our premium brand across the On & Off Trade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand plans and activations that meet business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of direct reports to ensure successful brand delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Digital & Content team to support brand plans and activations.
  • Drive business performance through data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Ensure accurate budget and PO trackers, as well as timely monthly reports.
  • Deliver on specific KPIs based on commercial objectives and key brand metrics.
About You:
  • 3+ years of experience in brand or product management within FMCG or Drinks.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • A passion for the On-trade sector.
  • A self-starter with the ability to solve challenges and use initiative to deliver results.
  • Highly numerate and commercial thinking with a clear ability to present robust insights.
  • Capacity to switch between strategic and operational tasks, taking hands-on responsibility.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to think creatively.
