Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our clients' fire and security systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and service fire and security systems in accordance with current standards and customer requirements.
  • Respond to service calls and perform routine and reactive call visits in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to plan and schedule site visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and system maintenance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Technical background in electrical or electronic engineering.
  • Good all-round knowledge of fire and security systems.
  • Experience of front-line customer contact preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
