Iconic Resourcing is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team in Edinburgh. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment by addressing and resolving employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employment matters, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of fairness and respect within the organization.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations to resolve conflicts and disputes.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Advisors to provide support and guidance on employment-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of employee relations issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and mediation.
  • Proven knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
