Position Overview

In the role of Group Financial Controller, you will take charge of financial oversight, cultivating a proficient team, and ensuring adherence to established policies and protocols. This position reports directly to the Finance Director and necessitates your leadership in managing worldwide financial operations while enhancing operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee group financial accounting activities
  • Establish and maintain a robust internal control framework
  • Handle statutory reporting obligations
  • Lead the annual audit process and act on its recommendations
  • Revise and update group accounting policies
  • Improve financial systems and operational processes
  • Guarantee timely completion of month-end and year-end financial activities
  • Ensure global compliance with tax regulations
  • Assist the FP&A team in business forecasting and planning
