Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Headteacher to support our Senior Leadership Team in driving excellence in teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of raising achievement and attainment in children.

They will have a sound understanding of the curriculum, phonics, and early reading, and be able to demonstrate excellent educational knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the quality of teaching and learning, and have a strong commitment to developing excellence in learning.

They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to motivate and inspire colleagues and children, and have consistently high expectations for behavior.
