We are seeking a highly dedicated HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support across a range of tasks, including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and apprenticeship schemes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, providing professional support to managers and employees on all HR matters.
  • Support with international HR administration tasks.
  • Monitor employee files and HR databases.

  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of HR practices.
  • Liaise with HR colleagues globally on cross-functional projects.

Requirements:
  • HR qualification or demonstrated HR experience.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors would be beneficial.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a range of HR tasks.
  • Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated strong MS Office package skills, including Word and Excel.
