About the Role:
As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility support. You will also have the opportunity to work with a small number of clients, building strong relationships and providing tailored care and support.
About the Client:
You will be working with a gentleman who has an acquired brain injury and requires support with daily living tasks. He enjoys going for walks, watching TV, and playing games, and has a great sense of humour. You must be able to provide a high level of care and support, as well as being able to engage with the client and provide companionship.

Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in care
