About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Import Customer Administrator to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As an Import Customer Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our overseas-based medium and large import customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive overall import customer satisfaction by delivering a high-quality customer experience
  2. Act as a single point of contact for day-to-day import service queries, providing timely and effective resolutions
  3. Build strong relationships with import customers to identify opportunities for growth and commercial value
  4. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless import service delivery
  5. Proactively identify and resolve import-related issues, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
  6. Support key events and initiatives that enhance import customer experience
  7. Stay up-to-date with cross-border parcel business trends and industry developments to inform import service improvements

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  1. Extensive knowledge of cross-border parcel business and international mail and parcel end-to-end customer journeys
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
