Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in East Anglia. As a key member of our Quantity Surveying department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial success of our development projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial cost control and reporting for one or more developments
  • Oversee client and sub-contract final accounts, ensuring the recovery and discharge of all retentions
  • Liaise confidently with clients and subcontractors
  • Apply expertise in a professional environment on new build and refurbishment schemes
