Role Responsibilities:

As the Ward Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the quality and management of nursing care and the clinical environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating nursing and patient care delivery
  • Engaging actively with the multidisciplinary team
  • Providing direct patient care as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards
  • Offering supervision and support to nursing staff
  • Facilitating the professional development of team members

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A first-level registered nurse qualification with NMC/HCPC registration
  • A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in mental health
  • A strong interest in quality improvement and patient-centered care
  • Management and leadership potential
