About Kettner's:
Kettner's is situated in seven Grade II-listed townhouses and is a renowned Soho establishment, celebrated for its vibrant history. The Clarence Tavern x Kettner's menu evolves seasonally, offering British cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, complemented by an extensive wine selection.
To the left of the entrance lies the Champagne Bar, a stunning event space featuring a circular bar at its center and ample lounge seating. Kettner's also boasts 33 bedrooms, ranging from Tiny and Medium to a Jacobean Suite with its own private entrance.

The Role:
We are in search of a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our Central London team at Kettner's. As a member of the Soho House team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our members enjoy an exceptional experience every time they visit. With your natural hospitality charm, we will provide you with a platform to connect, grow, have fun, and make a meaningful impact. Your key duties will include:
  • Delivering outstanding service from the initial greeting to the final payment
  • Taking orders and making recommendations
  • Ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all members

What We Are Looking For:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a busy, high-profile hospitality venue
  • A team player who communicates effectively with colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • A sense of urgency and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage
  • Flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts as needed

Note:
If you lack previous experience but are eager to learn how to become a Food and Beverage Server, consider applying for a 'Runner' position instead.

Mon - Weds: 7:30am - 12am
Thurs - Sat: 7:30am - 1am
Sunday: 8am - 11pm
