  • Upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.

  • Collaborating with our Installations Manager to assist in the training and development of Solar PV Installation Labourers.

At Eco2Solar, we prioritize clear expectations and constructive feedback to facilitate the growth and development of our team members, steering clear of excessive KPIs or micromanagement.

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction sector, ideally in roofing or a related area.
  • A valid CSCS card.
  • IPAF certification (preferred).
  • Experience in working at heights, ladder safety, and manual handling.
  • A full UK driver's license.
