About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse to join our Paediatric Department as a Staff Nurse. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients in accordance with Clinical Governance.
Main Responsibilities
- Work as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver a high standard of holistic nursing care.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individual programmes of care.
- Participate in all relevant aspects of the Governance process.
- Adhere to the NMC code of Professional Conduct at all times and ensure ward compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Act as a team leader when competency achieved.
