Electrical Manager Job Description

Parr Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to join our team in Belfast. As an Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a high level of profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers to achieve best-in-industry service standards.
  • Work closely with clients to discuss project progress and provide quotations for remedial works.
  • Manage budgets and timeframes for project completions.
  • Hold regular meetings with clients to discuss site work progress.
  • Quote small project works and prepare quotations for remedial works.
  • Occasional travel to other offices in England and Scotland to train staff members.
  • Occasional on-site works when required.
Requirements:
  • Electrical NVQ level 3 or higher.
  • 2391 Testing and Inspection certification.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Proven experience in inspection and testing commercial properties.
  • Proven experience working on NICEIC & RECI accreditations and standards.
  • Previous experience in line managing a team of electricians.
  • Extensive experience in QS'ing testing certificates.
  • Extensive experience of pricing electrical works to include testing and small projects c30K and below.
