Job Title: Bars Venue Manager

Join Butlin's as a Bars Venue Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and operational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our bars and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure that our bars are consistently meeting our high standards.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure that our bars are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in our bars.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage, to ensure that our bars are integrated into the overall resort experience.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, labor control, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
