Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hansen Solutions Specialist to leverage their expertise in Hansen CPQ and Hansen EPC. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product modeling concepts and will be responsible for the effective planning, sequencing, and execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Workshops: Facilitate product modeling workshops and demonstrate familiarity with TM Forum eTOM, TAM, and SID concepts.
  • Model Design: Design and develop rationalized product models tailored to our software solutions.
  • Software Configuration: Configure the Hansen software solution to meet organizational needs.
  • Configuration Management: Execute configuration management tasks efficiently.
  • Data Migration: Define and oversee product data migration processes.
  • Lifecycle Management: Understand and apply knowledge of the retail product lifecycle management process.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert guidance on the operationalization of Hansen software solutions.
  • Process Development: Design, develop, and deploy process and organizational models for software rollout.
  • Functional Specifications: Create detailed functional specifications for implementation work.
  • Training Development: Develop training materials and deliver training courses as needed.
  • Consultancy: Offer consultancy on business and product architecture.
  • Product Roadmap Contributions: Regularly contribute innovative ideas for the product roadmap.
  • Industry Experience: Bring significant experience with BSS/OSS solutions, particularly in Catalog, Order Management, and Provisioning.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments or as part of agile teams.
  • System Analysis: Conduct system analysis and development, staying updated on current product features and technological changes.
  • Development Supervision: Analyze, design, coordinate, and supervise system development and testing.
  • Task Specification: Translate system requirements into task specifications for junior programmers.
  • Program Analysis: Analyze current programs for performance, troubleshoot issues, and design effective solutions.
  • New Program Development: Develop new programs and implement necessary changes to ensure quality output.
  • Multi-Vendor Collaboration: Work within a multi-vendor and multi-systems environment for large system integration programs, supporting QA/UAT/Acceptance testing phases.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in XML, web services, Microservices, JSON, and familiar with middleware/integration technologies, BPM, and orchestration suites.
  • CI/CD Understanding: Possess a good understanding of CI/CD tooling and experience delivering through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and represent Tech Mahindra effectively in client meetings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively in a multi-vendor environment, facilitating team interactions during updates.
  • Proactive Approach: Demonstrate a self-starter attitude, identifying growth opportunities within ongoing programs.
  • Design Understanding: Ability to comprehend high-level designs and derive implementation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with junior developers, ensuring progress and resolving technical and non-technical hurdles.
  • Offshore-Onshore Model: Experience working in an offshore-onshore model.
