Due to the expansion into a cutting-edge facility, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to become an integral part of the quality team and contribute significantly to the QA function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee documentation throughout its lifecycle, ensuring adherence to regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop, review, and authorize essential documentation such as specifications, SOPs, protocols, and methods related to products.
  • Conduct QA reviews and compile documentation for GMP production and analytical processes prior to QP release.
  • Investigate and resolve deviations to mitigate future occurrences.
  • Manage supplier qualifications and address any issues, implementing mitigation strategies for supplier complaints.
  • Proactively identify and manage site enhancements for Quality Improvement through CAPAs.
  • Ensure that training on procedures (SOPs) is current and aligns with industry standards. Prepare and deliver quality training sessions, including induction and GMP training.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical (GMP) environment, preferably with Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs).
  • A degree in a relevant scientific field is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with analytical laboratories and GMP production settings.
  • A solid understanding of GMP and regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical sector.
