Your Responsibilities:

As an Early Years Educator at Level 2, you will cultivate relationships with children and their families, engage in daily activities, and contribute to educational programs. Monitoring children's progress and keeping families updated are essential duties. At Fennies, you will receive support to advance your career.

  • Establishing strong connections with children, families, and colleagues
  • Designing stimulating learning environments

  • Delivering consistent care to support children's growth
  • Providing feedback and updates to parents

Your Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of child development (0-5 years)
  • Level 2 Childcare qualification and knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
  • Minimum Grade 4 in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Expertise in safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of First Aid administration (training provided)
