Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Beckenham Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Level 3 qualified professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities to promote children's development and learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and partnership.
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and protection of children, adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this goal.

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Passion for creating engaging and fun learning experiences for children.
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
