Workshop Technician Job Description

P+S Personnel is seeking an experienced Workshop Technician to join their team in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, temporary basis. The role offers an immediate start and a 39-hour workweek from Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform general production duties, including fitting and assembly of standard and bespoke engineered products.
  • Carry out mechanical assembly, material preparation, and manual handling tasks.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety and Quality policies at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
Requirements:
  • Able to understand assembly diagrams and instructions.
  • Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks.
  • Proficient in using a variety of hand tools and power tools.
  • A qualification in engineering is beneficial.
