Job Title: Electrical Systems Engineer

Optamor is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for our cutting-edge electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems, including wiring and power distribution, for our electric vehicles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain electrical system specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure electrical system components meet our quality and performance standards.
  • Identify and resolve electrical system issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Develop and implement electrical system testing and validation procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing and service teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical system design and development for the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical system design principles, including wiring and power distribution.
  • Experience with electrical system testing and validation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with electrical system design software, such as CAD and simulation tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical system regulations and standards, including ISO 26262.
  • Experience with electrical system testing and validation procedures.
