Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients under Acute Medicine, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of acute care strategies, aligning with the Trust's goals and objectives.
  • Participate in teaching and training of junior staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge to support the growth and development of our team.
  • Engage in research and audit activities, contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge and improving patient care.
  • Collaborate with other medical specialties and community care providers to ensure effective patient care and coordination.
Requirements
  • Full MRCP and Full Registration with GMC.
  • Experience in Acute Medical services, with a strong understanding of acute care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership capability within multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to the development of our acute services.
