Senior Project Planner

AWE is seeking a skilled Senior Project Planner to support the delivery of complex projects in a highly regulated environment.
Your Role:As a Senior Project Planner, you will work within a project controls team to implement planning processes, policies, and procedures. You will produce planning and EV deliverables in accordance with agreed business rhythm, and deliver long-range operational integrated programme planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing planning processes, policies, and procedures
- Producing planning and EV deliverables
- Delivering long-range operational integrated programme planning activities
- Supporting the Senior Project Controls Manager with emergent projects
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key project stakeholders
- Proficiency in P6
- Development, integration, and analysis of project plans
- Best practice planning processes and tools
- Confidence modelling processes and techniques
- Analytical approach and passion for interpreting charts and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of NEC4, standard form of contract
- Provision of planning and scheduling expertise in support of a project team
- Prioritising and working to challenging timescales
- Coaching, developing, and inspiring a team
