Senior Project Planner

AWE PLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Planner to join its project controls team. As a Senior Project Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Planning processes, policies, and procedures
- Produce Planning and EV deliverables in accordance with agreed business rhythm
- Deliver long-range operational integrated Programme Planning activities
- Support the Senior Project Controls Manager with emergent projects as directed by the Programme
- Develop and maintain relationships with and awareness of key project stakeholders, including contractors
- Proficiency in P6
- Development, integration, and analysis of project plans
- Best practice planning processes and tools
- Confidence modelling processes and techniques
- An analytical approach along with a passion for interpreting charts and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of NEC4, standard form of contract
- Provision of planning and scheduling expertise in support of a project team
- Prioritising and working to challenging timescales
- Coaching, developing, and inspiring a team
- 9-day working fortnight
- 270 hours holiday
