Workforce Staffing Ltd is a leading global staffing agency, providing top talent to various industries. Our client, a renowned manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to join their team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Welding and fabricating machined parts to a set company standard.
- Ensuring all activities are completed within Health and Safety guidelines.
- Actively engaging with all company Quality Control initiatives.
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with sheet metal and assembly teams.
- Identifying risks and implementing safety improvements.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Welding and fabrication experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and innovative approach to improving processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of the importance of working to targets and quality standards.
