Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our team at Intesa Sanpaolo Group. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials, gathering public information, and analyzing company performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials under the supervision of senior team members;
  • Gather and analyze public information through various sources;
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support deal origination and execution;
  • Collaborate with senior team members to draft teasers and Confidential Information Memorandums for sell-side assignments;
  • Assist in the execution of deals and provide training/guidance to junior team members;
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders as required;
  • Manage and coordinate the work of Analysts and Interns.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar M&A role within an investment bank, Big-4, or M&A boutique/consultancy;
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting analysis;
  • Fluency in English and right to work in the UK;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
