Job Summary:

H1 Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered care, prioritizing individualized needs and preferences
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with company policies and current legislation
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional, psychological, and physical well-being
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 12 months of recent experience in a UK healthcare or social care setting
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment
  • Driver's license and access to a car (desirable but not essential)
