About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our team at Reward Recruitment Limited. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in providing full paraplanning support to our Director and Chartered Financial Planner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough technical research to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Compile detailed Suitability Reports and Letters, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Director and Chartered Financial Planner to deliver exceptional client service and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in Pensions and Investments, preferably within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
  • Diploma qualification (or equivalent) preferred, but not essential depending on experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong technical abilities, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
