Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the formulation of industry-standard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify, evaluate, and monitor critical risks associated with trade precision.
- Collaborate and communicate with Front Office, Operations, and IT departments to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Review and authorize UK Energy confirmations and Renewable Certificate Agreements.
- Guide the Trade Control team in daily operations by managing routine tasks and validation procedures.
- Assist the Head of Trade Control in executing the Trade Control Enhancement program.
- Support the Trade Control team in their everyday functions.
- Proven experience in a middle office/control position within a commodities or energy trading setting.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle processes including booking, amendments, contracts, and settlements.
- Familiarity and interest in GB Power trading (products, market dynamics, etc.).
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID, EMIR, REMIT, and MAR.
