Jaydee-Brook is a leading Shopfitting & Internal Fit Out Company based in Peterborough, with over 35 years of experience in retail, commercial, industrial installations, and refurbishments. We pride ourselves on high standards, professionalism, and quality of project delivery.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team, responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and control direct or subcontract labor.
  • Ensure projects are managed in a safe environment.
  • Formulate programs to reflect the contract period and monitor progress.
  • Control costs and keep records of site variations.
  • Attend site meetings and briefings.
  • Ensure teams are properly trained and managed.
Requirements
  • Experience within the shopfitting or internal fit-out industry is essential.
  • A full, valid driving license.
  • Commercial acumen and financial astuteness.
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit management team.
  • Willingness to travel and have a flexible attitude.
  • Maintain accountability for projects.
  • Happy to integrate into our current operating processes.
  • Experience supervising site operatives.
  • IPAF/PASMA (desirable).
