Job Description:Are you an experienced retailer looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference? As an Assistant Store Manager at YMCA England & Wales, you will play a key role in the success of our stores, working alongside paid staff and volunteers to raise money for an amazing charity.
You will be highly organised, with experience of merchandising, stock rotation and excellent customer service. You will work effectively and efficiently to maximise income for the shop and promote the work of YMCA within the local community. You will deputise for the store manager when needed and work in an environment that presents challenge and meaning.
