Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the processing and uploading of timesheets and expense reports using our RSM timesheet software, adhering to weekly and monthly payroll timelines for both UK and international payrolls.
  • Executing necessary tasks to facilitate the weekly and monthly payroll for contractors and PAYE employees.
  • Assisting in the preparation of invoices related to our UK and international payrolls.
  • Addressing internal and external inquiries, ensuring responses are aligned with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Implementing invoice adjustments in accordance with agreed SLAs.
  • Contributing to the onboarding process for new clients, including updating instructions on a centralized matrix.
  • Providing support for various ad-hoc requests as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in recruitment payroll is preferred.
  • Familiarity with PAYE processes is advantageous.
  • Background in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Bullhorn, RSM, and SAGE is beneficial but not mandatory.
