Credit Controller Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team at Harper Finance. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting the credit function and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chase customers for aged debts using established templates
  • Assist with customer account reconciliation, including reaching out to customers and completing a tracker
  • Organize a shared mailbox to improve response time
  • Prepare and send invoices and statements to customers
  • Process SEPA mandates and set up direct debit in customer master data
  • Assist with daily order releases via strict aged debt analysis and strict approval levels
  • Perform customer master data maintenance, including blocking accounts and amending payment terms
  • Set up SEPA payment plans in SAP, agreed between Controller and customer
Requirements:
  • Experience in an office environment
  • Credit control experience is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail

As a Credit Controller, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. After an initial 2-week training period, you will work from home 2 days a week and in the office 3 days a week.
