Senior Theatre Practitioner – Ortho/Scrub/Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our operating departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe and effective care to patients during their peri-operative phase of care.
- Support and coordinate the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
- Provide quality planned care for patients by ensuring all team members deliver high-quality patient care.
- Lead in the delivery of patient care, ensuring that patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with policy.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and develop the skills and knowledge of others.
- Apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly.
- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
- Post-registration qualification relevant to functional specialty.
- ENB 998 and/or mentorship course.
- Approved / recognised anaesthetic course.
- ILS.
- Orthopaedic skill.
- Mentorship qualification.
- ILM3.
- Previous experience working within an acute healthcare environment.
- Previous experience managing and leading a clinical team.
